Weekly lessons are designed to develop athletes’ skills through progressions-based skills and drills. For athletes to become better players they need time to work on their individual skills. Each week athletes will engage in detailed skills and drills taught by experienced The Rock Player Development coaches in a 6:1 athlete to instructor ratio.
All lessons for 8-12-year-olds are age-appropriate and 45 minutes of skills and drills and 15 minutes of scrimmage.

Please note this is not a house league.
Required Skill Level: Beginner or Intermediate.
